Your role

You’ll be the link between our customers and the workshop. You’ll ensure their smooth journey, all the way from agreeing service or understanding repair requirements to booking in work and presenting the completed job. Along the journey, you’ll organise test drives for our Technicians, liaise with our parts team, suggest additional products and services to the customer, and make sure all invoicing is in order. It’s about giving customers peace of mind.

Your profile

We’re looking for previous experience (Min 3 Yrs.) as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry, along with relevant certification. Switched on and passionate, you’ll be someone who can quickly get to grips with processes, products and services.
We’ll expect you to have the relevant technical training as well as a valid UAE driving licence. And if you have the tenacity and commitment to realise your potential, we’ll give you the training to go as far as you can.
