Location: UAE
Develops, monitors, and supervises all aspects of construction operations and programs at site to achieve planned target
Schedules daily tasks/assignments construction Managers, projects engineers,
Reviews method of statement and shop drawings according to priority of execution and assigned programs
Monitors and checks material and manpower availability to avoid any delays in the construction progress
Carries out full coordination with consultant for latest instructions, drawings requirement variations, or additional works
Must have at least a total of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, particularly for roads and infrastructure works, with a minimum of 6 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE
Must have had handled projects with more than AED 100,000,000 project value in the UAE
With a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage
An Arab speaking is preferred
