1. 8+ years’ experience in technology Project Management (software development projects).
2. Should have experience in Agile/Scrum development methodology
3. 2+ years’ experience in aviation IT sector, would be a definite advantage.
4. Clear understanding and demonstrable experience of different project management methodologies
5. Qualification in project management or equivalent
6. Proven experience in People management, Risk & Issues management, Change management
7. Experience in Departure Control System project implementation***(Mandatory)
