Customer Service Executive - Dubai UAE.
I have a requirement for a customer service executive, the incumbent should have excellent Knowledge of Port/Shipping operations, knowledgeable about customer base and their requirements, as well as working knowledge of operating and / or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Relevant experience of working within a customer service center in the marine / shipping services industry shall be a plus. Experience of working to pre-defined processes and procedures and delivering work in accordance to SLA (Service Level Agreements).
A strong communicator both written and verbal and having a good level of numeracy, with excellent Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel and Word user.
