Job Details:
• Preparing conceptual designs for interior design projects
• Acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in more detail with clients and setting project schedules.
• Visit sites to ensure the work progresses as per design and time schedule.
• Understanding individual clients needs . generating aesthetic ideas based on these and establishing final briefs ,concept. mood boards, surveying residences, influencing clients decision
• Samples, spec books ,final handover and sign off on the project
• Responsible for timely completion of each phase of the design process
• Conducting feasibility studies for projects
• Responsible for furniture selection
• Researching, recording and analyzing information of products used in the interior design such as for selection custom made joinery, marble wall cladding.
• Considering materials and coasts according to set budgets.
• Preparing detailed working drawings and designs plans, models and schemes. Often using computer aided design (cad 3dmax ,photo shop) software
