Location : UAE
Job Role:
  • Answering phone calls
  • Greeting clients & attending to their needs
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Managing daily office operations
  • Keeping track of clients’ records / email correspondence
  • Coordinating on behalf of clients
  • Payment follow ups
  • Admin support

Requirements:
  • FEMALE on a HUSBAND VISA / PARENT’S VISA
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Good MS office skills
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Good Team-player
