Looking for Travel & Tourism Experienced staff with excellent communication skill and fluency in the English language for an opportunity into customer servicing and Relation Management role.
Key Role and Responsibilities:
• Handling customer over calls, emails, live chat, and face to face.
• Monitoring the client’s requirements and generating leads.
• Passing leads to the operations team and following up on progress
• Updating the website and ensuring operations are aware of any changes
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers, clients, and key personnel
• Conducting business reviews to ensure Customers are satisfied with the products and services
• Letting customers know about other products the company offers
• Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
• Achieving customer relationship targets
• Working closely with Operations Team
• Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by Customers
• Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys and reviews
