Network Control Group Agent

Location : Dubai
Permanent Position as “Network Control Group Agent” at DHL Worldwide Express (Dubai Branch)

Job Purpose:
Monitor and report all Middle East network and air movements, manage all CAL movements within the globe.

Key Requirements:
•Ensure timely communication within the network.
•Coordinate inbound and outbound activities with DNATA and Airlines.
•Ensure all processes are followed within the agreed guidelines.
•Follow all guidelines and make sure we are compliant at all times.
•Work well within the team and ensure motivation levels run high.
•Working Hours 54 Hours per week, 6 days a week.
•Day and Night Shifts based on business requirements.
