- Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
- Professional Experience of 5 and above years in construction projects.
- Experience of 5 years in similar capacity in Construction / Construction Supervision of projects.
- Experience as Material Engineer in Construction/Construction Supervision of at least 2 projects.
- Must be familiar with material property of road construction material, technical specifications and procedures of material tests and testing equipment.
