Office Secretary

Location: Dubai
Office Secretary - Dubai Base
(Preferably Visit Or Cancelled Visa) -

MAIN DUTIES:

*Sending inquiry, negotiate quotations and making LPOs
*Making LPO Logs
*Making Invoices Logs
*Verifying and checking all invoices
*Managing reception and meeting and greeting clients
*Handling & filing all correspondence such as letters faxes &
emails (3 emails) received from client.
*Logging or processing bills or expenses (Reimbursement)
*Answer telephone, screen and direct calls. Provide information to callers, take and relay messages
*Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
*Booking tickets for employees vacations
*Admin works (Errands/Works from Owners and GM)
*Preparing the Letters to the Client, Contractors
*Assist to all Engineers (Office & Site)
*Making Tender Logs
*Prepare all type of submittals for Consultant's review and approval
*Technical submittals, Inspection Requests,Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports
*Making submittal Logs
