Job Description:
1. Performs physical stocks Inventory in Shops & Warehouse.
2. Records precisely the Inventory counts in the system and account meticulously the discrepancy and prepares timely the Inventory reports with accurate information.
3. Encodes the shipment and itemize the product for costing and pricing.
4. Performs Monthly the calculation of incentives for each staff.
5. Analyze & review the quantity movement of all the products.
6. Manage the Stock Transfer and Order Request from the shops.
7. Performs of maintaining the documents such as invoices and receiving report for audit purposes.
8. Provide time to time information to the Managing Director.
The candidate possesses:
A minimum of 2-3 years experience as an Inventory Accountant.
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Accounting required.
Proficient in Advanced MS Excel.
