We are currently looking for telecom quality coordinator based out of Dubai-UAE. Candidate should have at least 4+ years’ experience in Quality assurance & Quality control, support and troubleshooting (Operation & maintenance) of large scale Microwave networks that includes PDH, SDH & XPIC.

Responsibility:
BSS (I&C, Operation, Maintenance, troubleshooting, Quality Standards, BSS parameters, Project, O&M).
MW (basic technical knowledge of PDH, E1 Path routing, Map-Info, Basics of SDH).
Knowledge about LOS surveys / RFI surveys.
Ability to analysis the Daily Network outage report and implement necessary action to rectify the problems.
BTS Expansion, Sector Addition, Sector Capacity Expansion. .
Quality Assurance (Guidelines of NSN for Network Implementation, Quality Report and comparison, Material wastage Reports etc).
Working according to the ISO-9000 standard.
To prepare Project Quality Plan, Quality Check List, audit records and reports.
Provided leadership and training on the quality management system, to all management
