Senior Quantity Surveyor

Looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can join immediately for Ashghal Road project in Doha.
Required skills -

• Good working knowledge and understanding of tender documentation and tender analysis protocols 
• Good working knowledge in Road project 
• Good working knowledge of change management, provision of estimates and overall budget control - Post contract administration services of consultants and contractors 
• Good working knowledge of variations, claims, quantum assessments and provision of contractual advice 
• Good working knowledge of consultants and contractor agreements, disputes and notices procedures - Proven ability to prepare reports as required by the client and other stakeholders 

Experience and Qualifications: -
- A degree Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of 6+ years experience
- Middle East or international experience preferred
- Candidates must have strong exposure to claims related tasks either as part of a Quantity Surveying role or in a specific Claims.
