We are looking for Accounting Assistant, Should be familiar with • Performing day to day accounting functions ensuring compliance policies and procedures.
• Preparation of Month end Journal Entries, Record and reconcile Inter- Company receivables and Payable with Subsidiaries.
• Monthly reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts Including Bank accounts and Fixed Asset Ledger.
• Monitor Daily Cash position and prepare weekly cash flow forecasts.
• Manage the coding of supplier invoices and ensuring the costs are properly allocated. Project accounting and analysis of project gross margin.
• Assists with Payroll and HR Functions. Support all staff positions by answering accounting related queries.
• Manage relationship and customer and supplier accounting contacts.
